+-+ is the only face I can make because this story is just crazy. This girl has her whole life in front of her but dies in an accident to only find out that there is such a thing as the afterlife.

When she becomes a Guardian Angel and “Heaven” is were you get trained to keep the demons from eating human souls did she want to stop ? No. She went out there and tried to uncover secrets of her partners past, her mother’s involvement and who she might be and what she might become are all left to find out what happens when she is granted her wish..

Will she become human again or does she just enjoy being an Angel.

I can’t wait to read the next book so I could find out what happens to her.

The Gathering (Darkness Rising #1) by Kelly Armstrong

The Gathering (Darkness Rising, #1)The Gathering by Kelley Armstrong
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I went to the library to pick out a new book and saw that they had this book on the shelf and couldn’t wait to read it. When I got home I wrapped my self up in the covers and read this amazing story and was not disappointing except that now I know that Kelly Armstrong really likes those cliff hangers.

First off I loved Kelly Armstrong’s Darkest powers and can’t wait until these characters meet with them witch I’m sure will happen soon enough. But here is my review on The Gathering by Kelly Armstrong.

Maya an adopted girl with an amazing architectural mom and a dad that loves animals as much as she does never really thought that her past might have been staring at her in the face all these years. This medical research town never thought they could be involved in anything wired. She has lived her life on Vancouver island since she was a little girl. Her story begins with her best friend dying in a freak accident. One year later after trying to get over the fact that the whole situation seemed a little of. When a stranger comes around asking the teenagers if the town seemed closed in and mysterious. Then when her parents let her go and get the birthday present she really wanted things got interesting. She starts getting suspicious of things she never bothered to question and now after a big disaster happens in her town Will everything be revealed in The Calling (Darkness Rising #2) by Kelly Armstrong.
